Phase 1, 2 & 3 – Plumbing, Fire Protection, and HVAC
The scope of work included plumbing and fire protection systems featuring acid waste, medical gas, and DI water, with extensive use of prefabrication and lean construction methods to meet an aggressive 12-week schedule within an active academic environment. Work also encompassed plumbing and medical gas HVAC systems, installation of 100 geothermal wells (400’ deep) with associated piping, and a state-of-the-art VRF system incorporating over 10,000’ of refrigerant piping.
